You’ve got questions—we’ve got answers. Whether you’re wondering about shipping times, return policies, product care, or what makes our glassware so fun to sip from, you’re in the right place.

Our Brand

  • One and Only Paper is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We ship all of our products except apparel from our warehouse space here in Raleigh. 

  • I am not currently accepting custom illustration projects. 

  • We do not have a storefront at this time! If you'd prefer to shop in person, please check out our wonderful stockists - you can find a selection of our products with them! 

  • We offer limited bulk discounts to individuals for orders of 100+ items - please email us at help@oneandonlypaper.com and include the details of what you would like to order, so we can provide more information. If you are a business owner interested in purchasing for resale, you can find us on Faire, or email us at help@oneandonlypaper.com for more information. 

  • While all of the artwork, and designs for our products are created here in Raleigh, by Alison, we work with a variety of printing and production partners to bring the best quality products to life. We primarily work with printers based in the United States, and some production partners are based in India and Europe. 

  • All of our products are designed and illustrated by Alison Hazinski. 

  • We are not currently able to accommodate custom requests! If you have a non personalized idea you'd like to see come to life, please email help@oneandonlypaper.com - we are always developing new products! 

Shipping & Ordering

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday - Friday, and shipped from our warehouse in Raleigh, North Carolina.

    Our carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at customercare@oneandonlypaper.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

  • Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

  • Hey neighbor! We are not able to provide local pickup at this time. 

  • If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:

    1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
    2. Reach out to your local post office or UPS, or FedEx facility.
    3. Contact our team at help@oneandonlypaper.com  with your order number.

    Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. 

    Please note, we are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

  • Yes, we offer free domestic shipping for orders over $55.

  • Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

  • Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at help@oneandonlypaper.com and be sure to include your order number. We are not able to cancel orders after we have shipped them out. 

  • We are able to ship select products internationally.

    Please note that matchbooks and matches can only be shipped domestically, and are sent via USPS Ground Advantage due to shipping restrictions.

    Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Returns

  • You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. 

  • You have 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return or report damage.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via help@oneadonlypaper.com with the details. We’ll respond as soon as we are able. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached, and you have initiated the return within seven days of receiving the item. 

  • Please return unused, unopened items in their original packaging. After your return request is accepted, we will email you a label to ship your items back to us. We will deduct the cost of the label from your return - original shipping charges are non refundable.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can only accept returns on items that are purchased directly from our website. 

    We are not able to refund any item not in its original condition, or any items initiated after the 14 day window.
