Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery - items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible. Seasonal and sale items are considered final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and order number. Please email customercare@oneandonlypaper.com with your order number to initiate a return. We are only able to accept returns on merchandise purchased directly from shop.oneandonlypaper.com.
Return Method & Shipping Costs
Please return unused, unopened items in their original packaging. After your return request is accepted, we will email you a label to ship your items back to us. We will deduct the cost of the label from your return - original shipping charges are non refundable.
Refunds
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method. If items are damaged or used, your return will be denied. Refunds are processed with 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing customercare@oneandonlypaper.com with the following:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the inner packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.
International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
