Shipping policy
Our Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday - Friday, and shipped from our warehouse in Raleigh, North Carolina.
We ship within the United States, and offer international shipping on select products.
Please note that matchbooks and matches can only be shipped domestically, and are sent via USPS Ground Advantage due to shipping restrictions.
Our carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Costs & Methods
Free shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $55.
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
All orders include a tracking number, unless you specifically request First Class Mail shipment.
If your order is delayed in transit, but the tracking is still updating, please continue to monitor the tracking number for updates on your package. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly for updates on locating your package.
If your order is lost, please file a missing mail report with the shipping carrier, and contact us at customercare@oneandonlypaper.com being sure to include your order number, and the email address you used to place your order.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please:

Please report lost or stolen shipments within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
One and Only Paper is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses at checkout. If you have entered an incorrect address at checkout, please email customercare@oneandonlypaper.com with your order number and the correct address as soon as possible. Once the order is placed, we are unable to guarantee that the address can be changed before shipping.
Packaging
We strive to keep our packaging as eco-friendly as possible, avoiding or reusing single-use plastics where we can, while ensuring your items are packed securely.
Orders placed together will be shipped together whenever possible. Please note that separate orders cannot be combined, even if shipping to the same address.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping on select products. However, matchbooks cannot be shipped internationally due to restrictions and are available for U.S. customers only via USPS Ground Advantage.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with their shipment. Transit times for international shipments cannot be guaranteed.

Damages & Returns
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@oneandonlypaper.com. Be sure to include:
